Financial conditions

When you receive a confirmation from a foreign university that you have been accepted, you can apply for a scholarship of CZK 15,000/month.

Send a copy of the invitation letter to katerina.boskova@cvut.cz. A student card will be issued to you in mobility.cvut.cz, and you will be able to generate a financial agreement there. Before departure deliver this financial agreement in two signed copies at the International Office at the Rectorate of CTU.

For the financial agreement you will need the following documents.

1) Study plan – it is an agreement between you and the faculty that upon your return the faculty will recognize you the courses and the number of credits (min. 20 ECTS) that you have in the study plan. If you would have to change your study plan upon arrival at a foreign university, inform the vice-dean for studies as soon as possible and make sure that he/she agree with the changes.

2) Confirmation of health insurance for the whole duration of study period.

3) Confirmation that you are enrolled in the upcoming semester.
By signing the financial agreement, CTU undertakes to pay you CZK 15,000 per month of your studies, and you undertake to study abroad, represent CTU, and upon your return to hand in the documents necessary to complete the mobility.

Mobility conditions

Length of stay – your study period abroad can last for 1-2 semesters.
Number of credits – 20 ECTS credits is the minimum number that the vice-dean for studies should recognize you for semestral mobility.
CTU student status – while studying at a foreign university you must still be a CTU student.
Approval of your mobility from the faculty – the application for the selection process must be approved by the vice-dean for studies
